Christmas Shipping Deadline

Christmas is nearly upon us, that means that we have set specific deadlines for the shipping of our products. If you place an order past dates set out below you’re present may not arrive in time for Christmas! All of our physical products are printed upon order which means we do not keep a stock of them. Please allow up to 7 working days for your products to arrive.

Please ensure that when ordering clothing you order the correct size, we are not able to offer exchange or refunds clothing items unless they arrive damaged.

Please note: Care4Calais cannot guarantee that all orders placed before the deadline will arrive in time. Situations where this may occur include:

• • Increased demands
  • Adverse weather conditions affecting delivery
  • Industrial action
  • Equipment failure

If we believe there is a chance of your order not arriving, or if we’ve had been made aware of any of the situations above, you’ll be able to view said information on the individual product pages.
