Some of us may dream of long, hot summer’s days, but when you are exposed to the heat of the French summer without the ability to cool down, then this is a very different situation. For £12.50 you could provide a summer pack to a member of our community in northern France. Caps, water bottles, deodorant and wet wipes can make such a simple difference to people’s lives.

Summer hats, access to water and basic hygiene products can make such a simple difference to people’s lives.
Keeping cool and hydrated is difficult when living in tents or makeshift shelters. This summer you can provide some welcome relief from the discomfort of heat.
There are enough challenges at the living sites already, when heat exposure is added to the list then life becomes even more difficult.
With sites being destroyed and blocked by the French authorities, sometimes people have to walk miles to find other places of shelter. In the heat this is particularly gruelling.
